What helps us answer
Missing pieces are fine. Identifying them is often the first deliverable.
Describe the question without confidential sequences, patient records or sensitive project files. We can agree a confidentiality arrangement and an appropriate transfer route before you share them. Enquiry information is used to discuss your project; commissioned data use is agreed separately.
The antigen, its format and how much of it you can supply matter later, when a partner laboratory makes and measures the binder. They are not needed to start.

Questions that come up
How likely is this to work on my target?
The assessment reviews feasibility for your target, the available structural evidence and the intended assay. It identifies the main uncertainties and what would resolve them.
What does it cost?
The first consultation is free. Further work is scoped and quoted individually. The written offer defines the deliverables, materials, laboratory work, responsibilities and any additional rounds before you commit.
What do you need from us to start?
For a binder project, send the target, biological context, existing data and proteins it must not bind. For analysis or software, describe the data, the users and the question to resolve. A structure or model helps if you have one; the assessment identifies missing evidence.
Who owns the results?
Rights to sequences, data and results are fixed in writing before the start. As a rule you receive the agreed rights of use.
Does my target need an experimental structure?
Often not. Where none exists we work from a predicted model, and the assessment states how far that model can be trusted at the site you care about. Where it is too uncertain to aim at, we say so rather than design against it.
Can we sign a confidentiality agreement first?
Yes, and before your target is discussed in any detail. We work with your template or with ours.
Is the software something I can use?
You can use Membrane Annotation in your browser. Our MCP server is under development and used internally; customer access is not currently offered. Our campaign software is internally operated, and the customer portal is in development.
Can you invoice in euro against a purchase order?
Yes. We invoice in euro and work with institutional purchasing. We are based in Munich and work with groups wherever they are.
